Goose-foot Violet - Viola purpurea var. venosa
This is a species of mountains and hills east of the Cascade Crest that comes into the Park in just a few places, including the top of the Ipsut Creek trail, where it was photographed on July 22, 2015. This plant has already released seed; the flat-faced flowers were yellow.
