Uncommon and occurring as scattered plants between 2500 and 5000 feet throughout the Park, in forest openings and at roadsides. Male and female flowers are borne on separate plants. Here, seeds are developing are seen on a plant photographed at Ipsut Pass on July 22, 2015.
