Spear-leaf Stonecrop - Sedum lanceolatum var. lanceolatum

Picture
Fairly common and found on dry, stony slopes above 6000 feet on the east side of the Park. The sedum's leaves are nubby and purplish-red, mostly hidden by the bright green leaves of a different plant. Photographed on the Crystal Mountain ridgeline on August 8, 2014.
