Red-flowering Currant - Ribes sanguineum var. sanguineum

One of the most beautiful shrubs in the Park, widespread to about 3000 feet but nowhere very numerous. Photographed (left) in Stevens Canyon on July 1, 2014, and (right) at the Nisqually entrance on May 30, 2013.
