Woodland Buttercup - Ranunculus uncinatus

A tall buttercup with very small flowers, the petals of which soon fall, making the plant very hard to pick out among other vegetation. Common, reaching about 4000 feet and most abundant in the Nisqually Valley. Photographed at Sunshine Point, June 25, 2015.
