Low Jacob's Ladder - Polemonium pulcherrimum var. pulcherrimum

Common on cliffs and rocky or pumice flats between 5000 and 6500 feet. This plant, photographed at Owyhigh Lakes on June 26, 2015, is just about to bloom - its flowers range from white to blue.
