Lodgepole Pine - Pinus contorta var. latifolia
This is the variety seen in the northeast portion of the Park, in the White River drainage, where it grows in open, dry woods. (Variety contorta can be found at Longmire.) Photographed at the White River Campground on September 1, 2013.
