Mountain Timothy - Phleum alpinum
One of the most easily-recognized of the grasses in the Park, this species is common above 5000 feet up to nearly 8000 feet throughout the Park, growing in dryish meadows and on stony slopes. Photographed, in flower, at Paradise on July 9, 2014.
