Arctic Coltsfoot - Petasites frigidus var. palmatus
A robust plant and one of the first to bloom, this coltsfoot is very common along streams, on moist banks and in ditches reaching about 6000 feet. Photographed on Westside Road (left) on Maya 9, 2017, and again on April 30, 2014.
