Mount Rainier Lousewort - Pedicularis rainierensis

Fairly common in a few places in subalpine meadows and at forest edges, between 5000 and 7000 feet in most of  the Park, except around Paradise. It is one of the few species that is almost completely restricted to the Park. Photographed at Shadow Lake, July 25, 2014.
