Osoberry - Oemleria cerasiformis
Unusual in the Park, this shrub can be found in the lower Nisqually Valley, where it grows under alder and cottonwood. An early bloomer, the photograph on the right was made at Sunshine Point on April 7, 2016; on the left on May 8, 2017.
