Smooth Mountain-Dandelion - Nothocalais alpestris

Very common on moist meadows and slopes at timberline and above, reaching about 6000 feet, mostly on the north and east sides of the Park. Photographed (left) at Shadow Lake on July 25, 2014, and on  Mount Fremont on August 17, 2011.
