The Flora of Mount Rainier -- a Photographic Journey, by Susan McDougall
Gray's Lovage - Ligusticum grayi
Very common in moist subalpine meadows, between 5000 and 7000 feet. Compare the smaller number of flower clusters to those of Canby's Lovage. Photographed at Shadow Lake, September 9, 2010. (The ripe seeds were photographed at Paradise on October 23, 2013.)
