Daggerleaf Rush - Juncus ensifolius

A distinctive rush, with flat leaves somewhat like those of an iris, found in meadows, marshes, and wet ditches, from 2000 to 6000 feet. Photographed in the meadow at Longmire, July 11, 2014.
