Bolander's Quillwort - Isoetes bolanderi
Not uncommon, but hard to find among other grasses and sedges at the margins of lakes and bogs, between 4000 feet and timberline. The tiny structure at the right bears the spores of this non-flowering plant. Photographed at Reflection Lakes, August 8, 2015.
