Silver Wormwood - Artemisia ludoviciana ssp. candicans
Named for the bright silver-green color of the leaves, this is a common species on open talus slopes and on sunny roadsides above 4500 feet. Photographed along Highway 410 at Cayuse Pass on  July 25, 2014.
