Frequent throughout the Park above 3000 feet, especially at elevations above the range of Pinemat Manzanita, reaching 8000 feet on gravelly slopes and banks. The flowers are small, white bells. Photographed along the main Park road where it crosses the the Cowlitz Divide on June 22, 2014. The photo shows Pinemat Manzanita on the left, Kinnikinnick on the right, a most unusual pairing.
