The Flora of Mount Rainier -- a Photographic Journey, by Susan McDougall
Pearly Everlasting - Anaphalis margaritacea
Widespread throughout the Park to 6000 feet, often on rocky, open slopes in the subalpine, but most abundant along sunny roadsides, thriving on disturbed soils. Photographed (left) at Sunrise Point on July 8, 2014 and at Stevens Canyon on August 4, 2013.
